About Earnington

Earnington is a directory of platforms that pay people to work or earn online, starting with AI training and data-labelling platforms such as Outlier, Mercor, Mindrift and DataAnnotation.

Why it exists

The questions most people have before signing up are simple: does this platform accept people from my country, how does it pay, and how often? The answers are usually buried in help centres, FAQs and policy pages, they change without notice, and many sites that repeat them are out of date. Earnington puts those answers on one page per platform, each with a link to the official page it came from and the date it was last checked.

Who runs it

Earnington is an independent site run by a software engineer who builds data systems. It is not owned by, or affiliated with, any of the platforms it lists.

How the information is gathered

A program reads each platform's public pages about once a week and records what they say about pay, payout methods and supported countries, along with the exact sentence each fact comes from. Earnington does not test platforms or publish reviews. The full method is on How the data is collected.

How Earnington makes money

The site may show ads, and some "Visit" buttons are referral links that can earn a commission if you sign up. These are marked. Whether a platform has a referral programme does not affect whether it is listed or what its profile says.
